Returns & Exchanges

At Flaire & Co., we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original box or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
